– Our team creates 3d visualization of the main area, which helps you visualize every detail of the design .
– Our team creates 3d visualization of the remaining areas. Based on approved design of the main area, we develop the 3d models of the rest of the rooms.
– Contract Documentation. We prepare a design package which includes floor plans, reflected ceiling plans with lighting schedule, interior elevations and custom furniture detail drawings, finish schedule and finish plans, furniture plans and list of specified furniture, list of recommended decor elements.

– We visit a construction site once a week to verify that everything is being done per design drawings. If any flaws are detected, the designer will notify you right away and give recommendations on possible solutions.
– We select the materials and product suppliers and assist you with purchasing

– Once we come up with the best solution, you will receive a final floor plan with furniture arrangements and dimensions.
